  • 1. What should I do as a new client?

    Create an account on our website — login your account. After login, upload your files via our website. Or any alternative file sharing methods such as DropBox, WeTransfer or FTP. Submit a quotation request form. Then we will let you know further process after reviewing your inquiry.

  • 2. What is your turnaround procedure?

    It is hard to say because turnaround will depend on the quantity and complexity of your images. However, we try to finish all the jobs in 24-hours. But if you send more than thousands of photos in an order then the time frame will increase upon discussion. For example, we can complete 2 to 3 thousands images for Photoshop clipping tasks in 24-hours now.

  • 3. I am an existing client, how can I order a new job?

    Sign In your account, upload your files via web portal or any third parties exam DropBox, WeTransfer or FTP. Then place an order under "My Orders section.
    Our team will confirm the order manually within 10 minutes or less.

  • 4. May I apply for a free trial?

    Yes, you can apply for a free trial. We offer up to 5 images for clipping path or another image editing as a free trial in an hour or less. However, A free trial is only possible if you have more than 50 images for a project. Let us know how many photos do you need a touch up in trial form?

  • 5. What turnaround should I expect?

    We usually complete all jobs in 24 hours. But if you have thousands of images that need image processing services, then we will let you know the turnaround once we received the order. On the other hand, a quick turnaround is available on request.

  • 6. Which file format do we work?

    Any camera file, Adob Photoshop or Illustrator file format is accepted to work. Usually, we request to upload the JPEG file format because it is less in size, but the quality is excellent.

  • 7. Which file format do we return the completed files?

    We can return all of the Photoshop file formats or on your request. You send files as the JPEG format, and you need clipping path to remove the background and make the background pure white, so here we can save them in .jpeg with white background. Similarly, you can send any other type of formats and ask us your demanding file composition. You can select bellow file formats or inform us of your required file format.

  • 8. How can I share my files?

    Presently file sharing between parties become more flexible so you can choose any methods to upload/download files. You can share your FTP access, or we can share our FTP access details. There are many third parties for the document, file sharing process such as DropBox, WeTransfer. So, you can use any of them. Or you can use our web uploader to upload or download unlimited files.

  • 9. Is FTP connection secure?

    Absolutely yes, our FTP server is secure and protected enough. Every user has different username and password for their individual account so no one can access anyone's account.

  • 10. Is there any limitation of file size, I can upload each day?

    Unlimited files can be uploaded or downloaded every day. We are using a server that carries unlimited space. As a result, you can transfer data limitless. You can upload thousands of images via FTP because it is hassle-free. Using web uploader, you can also use the same.

  • 11. Do you guarantee the privacy of my images or contents?

    Absolutely yes. We are bound to keep your images secure and safe. We don't sell your images to the third party, so you don't need to worry. On the other hand, our computer is secured by highly protect anti-virus and our website as well.

  • 12. How many images should I send for one order?

    There is no such prerequisites that you must have to upload such an amount of files for an order. You can send thousands of images for one order and even one photo to get photo editing service. We obviously appreciate your business and your demands.

  • 13. How do you assure the best quality of low-cost service?

    Our team is doing the same Photoshop, Illustrator or Web image optimization tasks every day which contains clipping mask, photo masking, image shading, photo retouching, picture manipulation, photo reflection and vector conversion more than a decade.   • 15. How can I pay you?

    You can pay after login into your account which provides you with the secure online payment portal. That accepts the following online payment system PayPal, 2checkout, Credit Card, Debit Card or bank transfer. Payment information will be given on the invoice.

  • 16. How will I get the invoice?

    Your order is finished and returned you. Then we will send you the invoices via email. The invoice is included with the payment link. You can click to the link to pay directly using your chosen methods such as PayPal or Credit Cards. Alternatively, you can check all of your invoice in your account and if you see any unpaid invoices, select the invoice and pay. All the invoices history is displayed in your account under "My invoices" section.

  • 17. Can I make a payment schedule (e.g. monthly)?

    Yes, we have weekly, monthly or order based payment system. To get this facility, we have to make an agreement with you about the payment procedure. Hence, we can send you the invoice for the last month work in 1st week of the month.

  • 18. What payment system do you accept?

    We accept most of the online payment system, including PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, 2checkout, and Bank transfer. However, if none of them suits you, please contact us to talk about any other possible payment options.

  • 19. Do you have the money back guarantee?

    We would undoubtedly have the money-back guarantee since we don't take advance payment for clipping path service, so there will have very few chances to get back the fund once you pay us. That is why we demand payment only when you receive the completed files with satisfaction. We do believe this process increase your trust in our quality of image editing services.

  • 20. I registered long ago but forgot login details?

    No problem. You can retrieve username and password using the recovery from the login page. Or Please send your registered email address through the contact us form.
